HERPES HELP

So just told I have hpv yesterday, i have these bumps around my mouth small ones clustered in both corners of my lips, and a few seem to be moving up and down my lips, very small, and ive had a bigger one above my upper lip for 4 months now, no ozzing no crust no nothing, docs thinks this is herpes, im waiting for the results but does that sound right, 4 months SHOULDNT they have developed or got bigger or done something???
